At Art Vision Decor, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We conduct video reviews of our products to check for defects and ensure the reliability of packaging. These videos are stored for 50 days. Below, we outline our return and exchange policy for products on our website.

1. Return and Exchange Policy for "Artistic Wallpaper", "Wallpaper for Kids", and "Patterned Wallpaper"

We understand how important it is to receive exactly the product you ordered. If your wallpaper arrives with any of the following defects, we are ready to replace the item:

- Printing defects, such as stripes, spots, or any imperfections not present in the design you selected.

- Discrepancies in the image or texture that differ from what was ordered. If you encounter these issues, please contact us, and we will promptly replace the product.

2. Packaging Damage During Delivery

If you notice packaging damage upon receiving your order from the courier or at the pickup location, which you believe could have affected the product inside, please follow these instructions:

- Document the damage with the shipping company representative by completing a damage report.

- Refuse to accept the package, indicating "packaging damage" as the reason.

3. Cases Where the Product Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

Please note that returns or exchanges are not possible in the following cases:

- Color Proof Rejection: Claims regarding color discrepancies will not be accepted if you declined the option of ordering a color proof beforehand.

- Packaging Damage Without a Report: If the packaging or the product itself was damaged, but no damage report was filed with the shipping company, the item cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Product Use: Products that show signs of use cannot be returned or exchanged. Wallpapers should not have scratches, tears, wear marks, or other signs of use.

- Third-Party Services: Our company is not responsible for the work of third parties, including installers, decorators, or wallpaper hangers. Exceptions apply if the installation services were provided by our staff.

4. Return and Exchange Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team via email at [email protected]. Provide your order details and the reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you with instructions on the next steps and, if necessary, arrange for the replacement of the product. We are always ready to assist you and make the return or exchange process as convenient as possible.
